It’s 6:00 PM on Friday night.  The crowd for the day’s event is finally packed in and Bret Michaels is about to explode with energy as he hits the stage in what is considered his hometown show of The Stadium Tour!  Greeting the crowd with”Pittsburgh, it feels so good to be home!” right before stepping out, the crowd was nothing less than amped to see the boys of Poison hit the stage.

Kicking off their set with “Look What the Cat Dragged In”, guitarist C.C. Deville rips into the opening chords while Bret comes running down the catwalk waiving the infamous Terrible Towel (a Pittsburgh Steelers tradition).  Playing to the crowd the entire time, Bret spent almost the whole set on the walk way, pointing to fans and posing for photos, while C.C. and Bobby followed behind to give the crowd one hell of a performance.

Playing through all of their hits, such as “Fallen Angel” and “Every Rose Has Its Thorn”, Poison gave it 100% and with the crowd’s reaction and ability to sing all of the words back to these legends on stage, you would think that Bret, CC, Bobby, and Ricki we’re headlining this massive ballpark all on their own.  Capping off the set with their number 1 hit “Nothin’ But A Good Time”, Poison left the crowd full of life and ready to keep rocking the night away, as the co-headliners were ready to grab the audience and have them on their feet for the rest of the evening!

You can see Poison on The Stadium Tour as it continues on before wrapping up in September at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas, NV!  You can also check out Bret Michaels, as he performs solo shows in between dates and kicks off a solo run after The Stadium Tour makes its end.  As always, head over to our Instagram and Facebook page for more photos from this wild event, along with the setlist!
